Monday, October 29th - daughter's birthday

Other daughter's birthday today.
I woke at 4am still propped upright. My abdomen felt uncomfortable and I was slightly nauseous. I couldn’t find a comfortable sleeping position anymore. Tried laying on my left side with a body pillow, had some lower abdominal cramps similar to menstrual cramps.
Ended up getting up at 6:45 with diarrhea. Went back to bed afterward.
Got out of bed again at 8:00 super nauseous. Took a generic Gravol and laid back down. Dozed on and off until 9:00. I kept waking up with painful twinges in my stomach like being squeezed; feels like I might pass out or fall down but I’m already laying down. Dizzy? Threw up some bile and lots of dry heaving at 9:30. Tried eating a couple bites of leftovers, drank some Gatorade and laid back down at 10. Slept a bit.
Got up again at 11:30, had a cup of peppermint tea, dry heaved and burped a lot. Burps are painful now like the air is burning my throat. Laid back down at 12:00, got up at 12:30. I had a lemon water and a slice of toast with nothing on it. I felt awful, I slept from 1:00-2:00 and got up at 2:15 to go to my GP appointment. I felt really ill and tired.
My mum drove me to the appointment and the jostling of the car made the nausea worse. I was lightheaded and very nauseous walking into the office. I waited in the waiting room with my eyes shut and focused breathing. When being examined by Dr. Nero, I was laying on the exam table with my eyes closed and shaking from the cool breeze from the slightly open window and crying a lot. GP advises he is stumped. Asked if I have tried a clear fluid diet. I am frustrated because I have been sick and hardly eating for the majority of the last week. He advises I should continue with clear fluids and very basic bland starches like plain pasta or rice water. He will refer me to the urgent medical care clinic (UMAC) at the Royal Jubilee Hospital (RJH) but thinks it will be at least a week before I hear from them.
My mum drove me home (and stayed overnight so I wouldn't be alone while with the kids while my husband worked his night shift job), I was feeling less nauseous but still tense. Laid down on the pull-out at 5:00. Had a slice of bread and Gatorade while laying down. Since it was my daughter's birthday and my husband had to sleep before work, my mum took the kids out for a sushi dinner while I rested.
I basically stayed there until around 7:00 when I felt nauseous again. I got up and had some peppermint tea. Burping a lot and it burns, stomach very tense and painful. Took one regular Tylenol.
Went to bed for the night at 9:30. Took a long time to fall asleep. Slept propped up.

Complaints: nauseous, vomitting, tired, pain in abdomen, right sided pain, belching
Food: minimal, mostly liquids, finding it hard to eat anything
