I woke at 4:00am to take one of the kids to the bathroom. Drank a glass of water while up and went back to bed.
I woke up again at 10:00 but laid in bed until getting up at 12:00. I had some aching around lower right back above my hip (kidney area?) while laying on my back so switched positions to lay on my side.
Got up at 12:00, ate a slice of toast with vegan margarine and strawberry jam and drank a cup of black tea with milk and honey. Worked on the computer until 1:30pm
Ate two digestive cookies at 2:00
6:30 ate dinner
10:00 ate popcorn (coconut oil, nutritional yeast, garlic salt, and dill), drank black tea with milk and honey, and watched a movie on the couch.
My cold is much better today, almost gone.
I went to bed around midnight.
