Woke up at 7:00am with tightness in abdo. Some gas. Tossed and turned but didn’t get up.
My mum took my daughter to horsebackriding. I ate applesauce in bed at 9:00. Got up and dry heaved at 10:00 but did not vomit. Went downstairs and ate a bit of banana and drank some Gatorade. Watched a movie with the kids.
My mum drove us home at 12:30/1:00.
At 1:30-2:00 ate three Digestive cookies, 1/3 cup of popcorn with butter & nutritional yeast, and drank water, then black tea with honey and a splash of milk. Played video games with the kids.
Ate another 1/4 cup of popcorn and another black tea with milk and honey and 1/4 of an avocado 3:00-4:00.
I had a fair bit of stomach cramping all over, no one specific area. At 6:45 I tried eating leftover plain pasta with chicken breast and a Tbsp of Alfredo sauce. Drank a bit of rice milk. I ate maybe 1 cup worth of food and felt very crampy and like I had to have a BM. Had very loose stools and a lot of cramping but stool is no longer green in colour. Afterward I felt a lot of relief and stomach wasn't as tight or sore.
Around 7:30pm did some tasks on computer. At 9:45 I ate two digestive cookies and some water while watching tv on the couch. Some crampy pain in right thigh all the way down to the knee, similar to when having menstrual cramps but lower. Used a hot water bottle and went to bed for the night at midnight.
Complaints: a bit nauseous in the morning, dry heaving, tired, pain in abdomen, minor belching
Food: eating more than before, but still nervous to eat
Meds: none
BMs: loose
