Sunday, November 4th

Slept on my back until 6:00 (time change though so old 7:00). Then I tossed and turned on my sides and stomach trying to get comfortbale until getting up at 8:15. Had half a banana and some rice milk. I'm not in a lot of pain, some gas bubbles and feeling quite tired but otherwise OK. 
While sitting on the couch watching tv with right knee up near my armpit and left leg crossed on the couch, I had some twinges in lower left pelvis 9:45. Not painful twinges, but similar in feeling to what I had on Oct 10th. I changed positions and it went away. 
I ate two eggs scrambled with salt and pepper around 10:30, and drank black tea with milk and honey. I sat down and did some tasks on the computer for a bit. Laid back down on the pull-out for an hour at 12:30. I ate a small banana chocolate chip pancake (with nothing on it) while laying down at 1:30. Continued laying down until almost 4:00, didn't sleep as different positions hurt like tense muscles stretching out, it was nice to lay down but I wasn't tired enough or relaxed enough to sleep. 
Emailed my boss to say I wouldn't be in tomorrow (Monday) but would try for sometime this week, although I was nervous to try to come back and overdo it and have to leave again. 
Got up at 4:00 and had some broccoli out of the leftover veggie casserole (cooked in cheese and cream), applesauce, and rice milk, and then sat on the couch and read a book while my husband made dinner. 
At 5:40 I ate about 8 pieces of homemade chicken nuggets (chicken breast pieces cooked in wine, breaded and fried) dipped in applesauce and drank rice milk. I then had about a cup of Gatorade at 6:15. The top of my abdomen about three/four fingers above my navel now feels tight like a rock and sore to push on. Despite this, I repeated the same food & drink an hour later at 7:00. And again just a bit more (maybe four piece of chicken this time, still with applesauce) at 8:30 with a tall glass of water. Now I'm feeling really full. Regret eating so much, even though it was as much as I would’ve normally eaten before all this sickness. 
At 9:00 I sipped on a cup of black tea with milk and honey while watching tv. 
Had a shower and went to bed with hot water bottle at 11:30. 

Complaints: a bit nauseous in the morning, tired, minor pain in abdomen, pelvic twinges
Food: eating more than before
