Got up at 7:00 to go pee. Felt slightly nauseous so I went back to bed. I had a lot of painful gas moving in lower abdomen/pelvis, but passing gas gave some relief.
Slept until 10:00, got up at 10:30. I ate most of (shared with daughter) two digestive cookies and a full banana.
I had a formed BM at 1:15.
Ate another half of a digestive cookie and some rice milk, then went for a walk to the park (2 blocks) with daughter. At the park, the walk home, and afterward, had a lot of tightness/soreness in abdomen. We were back by 2pm.
I had a small glass of rice milk and sat down on the couch. I emailed work about my plan to return gradually this week (just Wednesday and Thursday afternoon). While sitting on the couch I had some pains on my left side of of my navel.
I ate some broccoli and cauliflower out of the leftover veggie casserole and made a cup of black tea with milk and honey. Sat down at the computer at 3:00. Ate another digestive cookie and a couple sips of Gatorade at 4:45.
At 6:45 I ate plain pasta and chicken breast with 2tbsp if Alfredo sauce -maybe 2 cups volume- and drank some more Gatorade.
Had a bath at 7:00.
At 8:00 I ate white rice with Braggs soy sauce (maybe 1 cup) and then some applesauce.
At 9:30 I ate a bit more rice (maybe 1/3 cup) and rice milk and a large glass of water.
Went to bed for the night at 10:00 with a hot water bottle. Laid on my left side, but I had twinges in my lower left pelvis again, so I changed to sleeping propped up instead.
At 12:30am I had to get up to take my youngest daughter to the bathroom (first night I am alone with the kids - my husband is at work and my mum is at her house). When we came back to bed I switched to laying on my left side again.
