Woke at 7:10am to get kids up for school and then went back to bed. Had some gas and slight nausea.
Got up at 9:15, had rice milk and toast with vegan margarine and strawberry jam.
I was feeling really tired, so I went back to bed to lay down at 9:45. Only slept for a total of maybe 20mins.
Got up again at 11:15, had a bit of applesauce and half of a digestive cookie and a tall glass of water. Had a formed BM.
Laid down on the pull-out bed for half an hour, had some twinges in my lower left pelvis. Got up again at 12:00 and had another formed but soft BM. Sat at the computer for a while, still feeling tired.
While standing upright brushing my teeth at 2:00, I had some squeezing twinges in uterine area (central, not left). I drove to my kids' school to pick them up (2:15-3:30). While standing and walking I had uncomfortable twinges in both sides of my pelvis, it was tender to push on but not intensely painful. Sitting down helped with the pelvic/uterine pains but then I could feel the right sided pain more while sitting.
I was home by 3:30, feeling very uncomfortable both in my pelvis and diaphragm area. I ate a digestive cookie and drank some rice milk and sat on the couch.
At 4:30 I got up and made some dinner. At 5:00 I ate heated veggie casserole (about 1 cup worth), a couple bites of scrambled eggs, and a slice of toast with Adams peanut butter. Drank a small glass of rice milk at 7:15.
I had a fair bit of upper left cramping and gas bubbles while sitting on the couch. I sharted myself at 7:30 and then had diarrhea on the toilet. Cleaned myself up, had a quick shower, then sat back down on the couch.
I had two cups of black tea with honey and minimal milk (thinking maybe the diarrhea was caused by the heated dairy in the veggie casserole) while watching a movie with a hot water bottle. I had some abdominal and pelvic tightness as well as a few squeezing twinges in my lower left pelvis.
Primary pain today is in my pelvis right down in the uterine area and extending to either side at varying times.
I went to bed with a hot water bottle by 11:00. Took a long time to fall asleep because of the pelvic cramps.
