I woke up at 7:30am and got out bed half an hour later. I had very loose stools and felt very nauseous. Ate a very small bowl of cereal with milk and laid back down on the pull-out couch until around 10am.
I took a 50mg generic Gravol and ate half a banana and 1/4 of a mandarin orange. Still feeling extremely nauseous but no vomiting.
I went back to bed around 11 and slept until 2pm. Laid there a while and got up at 3pm.
I ate half a plain bagel with cream cheese and jam and a peppermint tea. Took two non-drowsy ginger Gravol (unsure if these are medicated), and ate the exact same food again at 4:30. Started feeling a bit nauseous again. Large burps after both meals. Went back to bed and slept maybe 30 mins. Got up at 6:15pm. My stomach hurts right between my ribs and I'm still a bit nauseous. Had another very small dinner at 6:30 (roasted chicken, mashed sweet potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts with bacon and pomegranate) and water.
Felt ok, still not well, but no significant pain and not nauseous. Stayed up on the couch watching tv. Had black tea with milk and sugar around 8:30pm. Got a headache (likely from the tv and sugar) and my stomach felt uncomfortable. Took a generic Gravol at 9:45pm and went to bed for the night.
Complaints: really nauseous, panic attack, tired, pain in RUQ under ribs that goes across and down, belching
Food: minimal, finding it hard to eat anything
Meds: Gravol
BMs: loose
