Got up at 7:00 for work. I don’t feel all that great. At 7:30 I passed a formed stool - collected for sample to U.S..
I got to work 7:50. Feeling slightly nauseous, sort of a low blood sugar feeling.
At 8:20 I had some cervical pain. My RUQ and abdo in general feels tight and sore. Mild nausea all morning.
I ate a digestive cookie and a mandarin orange around 10:00. At 11:00 I got a half sweet chestnut praline latte at Starbucks (walked four blocks round trip), didn't seem to affect symptoms at all... I ate lunch at 1:00 (chicken teriyaki bento box from Azuma). I ate two digestive cookies and drank some water at 2:00
I was driven home at 4:30. I played video games with the kids and had a bath at 6:30, then ate leftover risotto and trout with dill sauce at 7:00. I was still feeling slightly nauseous and tight in the upper quadrants on both sides, It feels like I need to pass gas or move my bowels but neither occurs. I passed a bit of gas while watching tv.
Went to bed at 11:00.
