Wednesday, November 14th

Woke up at 7:00. I ate a piece of multigrain toast with vegan margarine and jam. The multi-grain of the toast didn’t taste good in my mouth and made me feel nauseous (previous toast breakfasts have been white bread). I drank some water and got ready for work.
I was driven to work and got there just before 8:00. All morning I was feeling a bit off. I felt slightly nauseous until around 9:00/9:30. I ate some digestive cookies, and walked a block to Starbucks and got a half sweet chestnut praline latte at 11:00. 
At lunch around 12:15 I walked to Tacofino and ate one fish taco. By now I was generally feeling well, just slight aches in my upper abdomen on both sides. I was in a meeting from 2:00-3:00. Drank some water and ate a mandarin orange. I really had to pee and I felt uncomfortable and slightly sick. 
I walked to London Drugs from 3:00-3:30 and was feeling sore and had a sort of annoying pain in right lower quadrant. 
Had another meeting, this time with my boss, and felt really uncomfortable sitting in an office chair for 20 mins, I was constantly shifting positions trying to alleviate the discomfort. 
I was driven home at 4:20. I ate Knorr Sidekicks (sour cream and chives) for dinner at 5:00. 
I played video games with the kids and then ate some cake my daughter had made (vanilla cake with vanilla icing). 
I was still feeling quite sore in the abdomen. Tried having a bath, then watched TV with a how water bottle on my belly.  I ate a mandarin orange and drank peppermint tea around 9:30. 
I went to bed with the hot water bottle around 11:00.
