Woke up sometime before 6:30. Laid in bed tossing until alarm went off at 7. Got up at 7:15. Felt ok. Slightly nauseous but no heaving. Drank warm water. Walked to work at 7:40 slower than normal. Got to work. Morning went ok. My stomach feels like it’s tossing around I’m a bit nauseous and lightheaded but it’s manageable. Drank a cup of ginger tea. Had a loose BM. Went for a walk at 9:30. I ate half a mandarin orange and half a digestive cookie. Walked to a meeting offsite at 9:50 and back at 10:30. I feel hot and don’t want to wear a jacket. Had another cup of ginger tea and some water. Had some tightness in my chest and shoulders 11:00-11:30. Trying not to panic about that. Pains around my diaphragm, lower back, and RUQ. Better when I’m standing.
Walked to lunch at 12:10. Ate a summer roll (rice wrap with sprouts, lettuce, pork and shrimp) with peanut sauce and half of a pho tai.
Walked back to work at 12:40. RUQ pain still glaring up. Worked the rest of the afternoon with some abdo discomfort and intermittent chest/sternum/diaphragm pain. Ate the other half of the mandarin orange and digestive cookie from this morning and drank some peppermint tea. Googled “symptoms of a parasite”...could be.
Walked home at 4:20 with sternum pain.
Laid down for 45mins on the pullout. Got up around 6:00 to make the kids dinner (French toast and bacon) then made my own (salmon with the dairy free cucumber dill sauce).
At 7:00 I had a shower. Noticed a faint yellow bruise just below my left ribs. Not sure where that came from.
Sat at the computer for maybe 30-45 mins. Pretty uncomfortable sitting on the bench, couldn’t find a good way to sit that didn’t give me pain either up near my ribs or down in my hips/ovaries.
Sat down on the couch with a heating pad at 8:00 and read a book.
At 10:15 I put on progesterone cream and went to bed at 10:30.
Laid on my back with a pillow on top of me (so I don’t get squished by kids in the bed) still have a bit of sternum pain.
