Tuesday, October 16th - hospital

I woke up at 7am feeling less well. My mum gave me a ride to work and the kids to school as she does every Tuesday.
While sitting at work, I had more back pain and the pelvis, abdomen, and cervical pain was still present with some nausea and chest tightness too, and it all became overwhelming to the point of tears. I left work at 9am to go back to emerg.
My mum drove me back to VGH and I was triaged in around 9:30/10am. I had urine and bloodwork done but no other tests. I was examined by the nurse and a doctor. The doctor said they couldn’t find anything, no diagnosis seemed to fit, but he didn’t think whatever it was was significant since I didn't have severe pains or signs of infection like fever or urinary issues. He advised that the next investigative step would be an MRI, but even a request from an emerg doctor would take about a week to book in since I wasn't emergent. I was discharged with the advice to follow up with my GP and to try taking Advil instead of Tylenol because it is an anti-inflammatory.
My mum drove me home in the late afternoon/early evening. I took some Advil but didn't feel like eating much. I tried to eat a bit of dinner and went to bed.

Complaints: tired, pain in RUQ under ribs, diaphragm pain, lower back pain, some pains in cervix, chest tightness
Food: normal, but less, don't feel like eating a lot
Meds: Tylenol, Advil in the evening
BMs: normal
